The Krit framework emphasizes on experiential learning to equip students with key concepts, knowledge and essential skills necessary for a successful career in sports management.
The framework incorporates building strong foundation and entrepreneurial mindset transforming a student into a budding professional with strong work-ethic.
Founders
Jitu, a seasoned sports entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience, founded and led SportzConsult and Sportz Village, two of India’s leading sports management companies. He has developed pioneering sports properties, leagues, and mass participation initiatives, collaborating with global corporations, sports federations, and government bodies.
In 2017, Jitu received the PRCI Chanakya Award for 'Entrepreneur of the Year' in recognition of his contributions to sports development.
A guest lecturer at institutions like IIMA and MICA, Jitu is also an accomplished triathlete (Ironman) and a tabla player. He holds a BE from Mumbai University and an MBA from Clemson University, USA, and previously worked with KPMG Consulting in the US.
Abhijit is a pioneering sports educationist and consultant, recognized for launching India's first Sports Management degree program. With over 20 years of leadership experience in education organizations like IMS Learning, Pearson, and Vibgyor Group, he has driven growth and innovation across the sector.
Abhijit has provided strategic advice for over 15 educational initiatives, including skilling, coaching, and higher education, and has played a key role in projects such as developing a rural preschool chain and a national sports assessment tool.
He actively contributes to educational policy through task force groups with CII, FICCI, and Mumbai University. Abhijit was honored as 'Young CEO of The Year 2019' by the American College of Dubai and GISR Foundation.
He holds postgraduate degrees in Marketing Management and Media Studies. Outside of work, he enjoys photography, non-fiction reading, cricket, and culinary pursuits.
