Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Krit School of Sports Management (www.kritsports.com), we strive to provide a seamless experience for our students. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before enrolling or registering with us. Not withstanding any right for damage compensation of other statutory or contractual rights of Krit School of Sports Management, in case of withdrawal, termination or dismissal, the paid tuition is only subject to refund policy.
• Three months before the commencement of the program & batch enrolled for - 100% refund will be given.
• Two months before the commencement of the program & batch enrolled for - 50% refund will be given.
• One month before the commencement of the program & batch enrolled for – 25% refund will be given.
• 29 days before the commencement of the program & batch enrolled for - no refund will be given.
• If the student wants to withdraw his application after commencement of the course, fees will not be refunded.
• If the student is terminated by the institute, he does not receive a refund for the Fees which he has paid.
• If the student withdraws voluntarily for any reason from the program with a formal intimation, no refund of fees would be given under any circumstances.
• The tuition covers all lessons in the classes as outlined, all respective study material presented by Krit School of Sports Management, using of Krit School of Sports Management facility and services of the personnel as defined by Krit School of Sports Management and all certifications. It does not cover all additional expenses like supplies and personal costs like travel, housing, food and beverage, insurance and similar services.
• Students once admitted and taking classes if unable to attend Krit School of Sports Management under any circumstances including illness (except terminal illness) will not receive any fee refund.
• In case the Student does not qualify at the end of the course, or does pass the assessment as per the Krit School of Sports Management policy or the associate academic body policy or does not complete certification after finishing the regular program of 6 months, additional tuition according to the additional time spent in the program may fall due.
