Jitendra "Jitu" Joshi has been a sports entrepreneur for past 20 years.

He founded and led SportzConsult and Sportz Village, two of India's premier sports management companies. Under his leadership, these companies have created groundbreaking sports intellectual properties, leagues, sponsorship and activation programs, and mass participation sports initiatives. Jitu has collaborated with global corporations, sports federations, and government bodies on various sports projects, significantly impacting the field.

In recognition of SportzConsult's contributions to sports development, Jitu received the prestigious PRCI Chanakya Award for ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ in 2017.

He frequently shares his expertise by lecturing at esteemed institutions such as the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA), Mudra Institute of Communications Ahmedabad (MICA), Pillai's Institute, Khalsa College, International Institute of Sports Management (IISM), and Jio Institute.

An accomplished triathlete and Ironman competitor, Jitu is also a comedy writer and enjoys playing the tabla.

He holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from Mumbai University and an MBA from Clemson University, USA. Before entering the realm of sports entrepreneurship, he worked for five years with KPMG Consulting in the United States.

Abhijit Dabhade is a trailblazing sports educationist and consultant recognized for launching India's first Sports Management degree program. With leadership experience in major educational organizations like IMS Learning, Pearson, EuroKids, and Vibgyor Group, he has been instrumental in driving growth and innovation across the education sector.

Abhijit has provided strategic advisory services for over 15 educational initiatives, encompassing skilling, coaching, preschool, K-12, and higher education. His notable projects include developing an innovative preschool chain in rural Maharashtra, designing a national-level sports assessment tool, and creating the EBEN operations model for international schools.

He actively contributes to educational policy through his involvement in task force groups and committees with CII, FICCI, and Mumbai University.

Abhijit Dabhade is a distinguished education entrepreneur and consultant, honored as the 'Young CEO of The Year 2019' by the American College of Dubai and the GISR Foundation for his innovative educational solutions.

He holds postgraduate degrees in Marketing Management from Tack Training International and Media Studies from the University of Pune.

Outside of his professional endeavors, he is a culinary enthusiast, enjoys photography, reading non-fiction, and is a passionate cricket enthusiast.
